Theodosia is known as ‘The land of the blue skies’, our party-culture and our great Theolia wine. But amongst foreigners, a new stereotype occurred: ‘obesity’.

Our health journalist had to look into this topic because he had never heard of it.

Rinus Sinead, a foreign medical researcher explained that it is a complex disease involving an excessive amount of body fat. People with obesity may occur bigger.

This is very remarkable because every inhabitant of Theodosia is on the bigger side. We thought it was hereditary and that foreigners were just small and weak because they are non-believers.

Rinus Sinead also said that this “disease” brings a lot of complications. Some health concerns could be: such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain cancers.

But we, the Theodosian people know better. The great goddess will protect us and these complications can’t get to us if we keep going to church.

Obesity may be a problem in other countries. But here it isn’t, it is even a blessing, it is a lifestyle. Combining love, spirituality, and a healthy work-life balance will get you enlightened. It is even in the wise words of our goddess: “Better to be too thick in the coffin, than to miss a party.”

We can conclude that foreign countries are just fat-shaming us, because of their jealousy and low self-esteem. Maybe these non-believers should just convert and enjoy the enlightened Theodosic lifestyle.
